Sikalìndi room

Sikalìndi means “prickly pear”, one of the symbol-fruits belonging to Salento. This word comes from “Griko”, an ancient language spoken in the area of “Grecìa Salentina” to which the small town of Corigliano D’Otranto belongs.
It’s the most spacious room among the available ones and anciently, it held a stately oven that partially, you can enjoy the view even today. The furnishings are totally made from recycling, unique pieces obtained thanks to the skill of local craftsmen; moreover, the wood-ceiling and the floor made of “lecce stone” give the surroundings a farmhouse style making it comfortable at the same time.

Finally, the roomholds a private convenient patio outside supplied with shading, a small table with chairs…and the sunset view!
